it was all perfect! i recommend this hotel bc of kind owner and guy cleaner. they are very friendly and very considerate. the room was cleaned every day, they always provide you new towels and sheets, and always empty the trash. the cleaner guy was very kind as well. the room was spacious and you can comfortably stay here. all was clean and all are working. maybe can add services like free laundry machine and could have install escalator for higher floors. but everything was perfect! kudos to the owner and staff!

this hotel is walking distance to the cathedral and other attractions also. our room that we booked is very wide and spacious. the room is also clean. if you want to book a hotel in hanoi you can consider this because the per night is cheap.

if you’re riding a sleeper train, stay here. The hotel has a private access to the train station. Book Laman Express via Klook and their office is already in the hotel. No hassle. It’s just far away from the Old Quarter. I just booked it for a day because we’re going to Sapa at night for easy access to the train station.

The hotel has seen better days, but it's still good considering its price and location. Our room is nice, but not new. It's just walking distance from the Old Quarter, Opera House and Hoan Kiem Lake. You can practically just walk around and find a lot of stores, souvenir shops, cafes and restaurants to visit. The staff are also nice and they also offered us a shuttle to the airport (for a fee, of course), when we told them that our flight is very early in the morning. That saved us the effort of having to book a taxi for probably a more expensive fare. Overall, it was a nice and comfy stay. Thanks!
