- It is recommended to add Ai Shang Xi Weng Official LINE Account after placing an order so that the business can make further arrangements (if the link cannot be displayed, please search on Line: @344ycbay, please add the @ symbol when searching)
- Pets are allowed in the campground. The pet fee is NT$1,000 per pet. A deposit of NT$2,000 per tent will be collected on site. Once the tent, environment and equipment are confirmed to be intact, NT$1,000 per tent will be refunded
- Check-in time is 14:00. You can arrive at the camp first to visit the park. Check-in time is after 15:30
- Customers are required to bring their own amenity items. The Environmental Protection Agency announced that starting from January 1, 2025, accommodation operators will be prohibited from proactively displaying or providing "disposable amenity items" in guest rooms for free. Violators will be fined up to NT$6,000. In accordance with the "Restricted Use and Implementation Methods of Disposable Accommodation Supplies" issued by the Environmental Protection Agency, in order to protect the environment sustainably and respond to government policies, Ai Shang Xi Weng Luxury Camping will no longer proactively provide disposable supplies in the campsite from January 1, 2025 (Wednesday).
- Open flames are prohibited in the park. Customers are not allowed to bring in fresh ingredients or cook on their own. The kitchen cannot be rented out (except for the exclusive private area). Electrical appliances are not allowed to be brought by customers due to unstable voltage in mountainous areas.
- Shuttle bus booking service: From 2025/01/01, AiShangXiWeng will no longer provide shuttle bus booking service. If you need a shuttle bus, you can book the shuttle bus yourself.
